Tube settler systems are an inexpensive solution for drinking water and wastewater plants to increase treatment capacity, reduce new installation footprints, improve effluent water quality, and decrease operating costs. Our tube settlers consist of a series of sloped, tubular channels and structural wave sheets that reduce settling distance and combine to form an increased effective settling area. Smaller, typically unsettleable floc particles must only fall a short vertical distance to encounter the tube surface where they accumulate and coalesce, forming larger, denser particles capable of settling to the basin floor.
