MBBR filter media is a novel biologically active carrier, it adopts scientific formula, depending
on the nature of water, blending a variety of beneficial microorganisms grow quickly attached trace elements in polymer materials, through a special process modification, constructed, with more than large surface area, hydrophilic, high biological activity, biofilm fast, good effect, good impact resistance.

The core of the MBBR technology are the biofilm carriers.
They are designed to provide a large protected surface area for the biofilm and optimal conditions for the bacteria culturea when the carriers are suspended in water.
Small Boss has developed several types of carriers with different shape, size and surface area. This gives us the flexibility to use the best suitable carrier depending on wastewater characteristics, pretreatment, discharge standards and available volumes. Currently we have ten different types of carriers.

Q: Can I order a sample?
A: Of course, forthe existing model we have,our factory would like to offer one or two pieces sample to customer,for customized model making shall be consulted.
Q: Are you factory/manufacturer of trader?
A: We are direct factory who owns production lines and workers.Everything is flexible and there is noty need to worry about extra charges by the middle man or trader.
Q: What's your delivery time of the nickel wire?
A: For stocks, we can send the goods to loading port within 7 days after receiving your deposit .For producting period,it usually needs about 15 days-30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q: What's your payment terms?
A: We accept 100%T/T (Telegraphic transfer) in advance for small orders(value under USD 2,000).For some big orders,we can accept 30% deposit,70% balance before shipment.
For very small orders, we can accept Western union payment. We are doing the best to match your demand.
