✔ Shock resistance
✔ Process flexibility
✔ Long-term operational stability

This is why media quality becomes extremely important in industrial applications.

Poorly manufactured carriers may suffer from:

✖ Brittleness
✖ Low impact resistance
✖ Uneven density
✖ Poor fluidization behavior

And once carrier movement becomes unstable, the entire biological system can lose efficiency.

In industrial wastewater treatment, MBBR is not only a biological process.
It is also a long-term mechanical and hydraulic stability challenge.

Choosing the right media structure is often as important as choosing the process itself.
